Problems I help solve
Mental performance coaching helps turn preparation into more reliable actions under pressure. The starting point is the challenge you recognize, not a long list of techniques.

How I Work
You do not need to know the right psychological terminology or complete an assessment to get started.
01
Tell me what is happening and where you want performance to improve. The first conversation is free.
02
I help you pinpoint what is getting in the way and which practical skills are worth training first.
03
Practice the skills in real situations, review what changes, and adjust the plan as needed.
Why work with Phil
I’m Philip Coffman, founder of iBE Performance. I studied sport leadership and coaching at Miami University and coached Miami University men’s lacrosse. My approach connects performance-psychology principles to the real situations athletes, teams, leaders, and performers face.
You speak directly with me. I listen to the challenge, explain what I can help you train, and discuss whether working together makes sense. Mental performance coaching is not clinical therapy.
